ORDER

This petitioner herein seeking a direction to the VII Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.1244 of 2015, a petition for divorce filed by him, within a stipulated time.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision even without issuing notice to the respondent.

3. A perusal of the docket order filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the petitioner/husband was examined in chief on 05.10.2018 and thereafter there is no substantial progress in the matter.

4. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of OP.No.1244 of 2015 within a 2/4

period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
