This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m. until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18516 of in Crl.O.P.No.23633 of 2023, dated 06.02.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied the said conditions regularly without fail.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions regularly without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
