....Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2021 and thereby direct the respondents to measure the property in survey No.176/2 - 48 cents and 176/3 - 8 cents totally 56 cents at Alathur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by erect milestones and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2021 and thereby direct the respondents to measure the property in survey No.176/2 admeasuring to an extent of 48 cents and survey No. 176/3 admeasuring to an extent of 8 cents, totally 56 cents situated at Alathur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District, by erect milestones and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.Heard, Mr.N.Palanisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2021, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.No order as to costs.
