This petition has been listed under the caption "For being mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the last two lines of the 1st & 2nd para in the order passed by this Court, this Court had permitted the petitioner to approach the respondents for continuing the M & H Contract, it has been erroneously mentioned as "lease/entering into a fresh lease" instead of M & H Contract.

3. In view of the above submission, the last four lines of the first para in the order dated 02.12.2021 shall stand modified as under: " ........However, subsequently the policy was changed on 3rd August 2016 and in view of the change of policy, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondent for continuing the M & H Contract".

4. Accordingly, the aforesaid clarification is made.
