The petitioner has filed this application on account of change in name of the petitioner from M/s.Eris Lifesciences Private Limited to M/s.Eris Lifesciences Limited. The certificate of incorporation issued consequent to change in name has been submitted.

2. In view thereof, this application is liable to be and is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendment in the cause title of the petition on or before 01.09.2023 and serve a copy of the amendment petition on learned counsel for the respondents.

3. List the matter on 08.09.2023.
