This petition has been filed to amend as C.C.No.21 of 2018 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District instead of C.C.No.3 of 2013 pending on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District, wherever it occurs in the order in Crl.O.P.No.16365 of of 2024, dated 11.07.2024.

2. Due to inadvertence, the petitioner has mentioned as C.C.No.3 of 2013 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthagamandalam, The Nilgiris District. Whereas, it is pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District in C.C.No.21 of 2018. Hence, he seeks for amendment.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on verification of the records states that the case against the petitioner has been transferred and pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris District and renumbered as C.C.No.21 of 2018.
