The plaintiff has presented this application to implead the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent as respondents 5 to 12 in O.P.No.302 of 2022.

2. Mr.Guru Dhananjeyan, learned counsel, enters appearance on behalf of all the proposed respondents. On instructions, he submits that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon examining the affidavit in support and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the proposed respondents, this application is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out the amendments in the original petition on or before 31.01.2023 and serve a copy of the amended petition on all the respondents. List on 07.02.2023.
