ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and to file final report in Crime No.2867 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time and framed by this Court and to direct the respondent to recover her property mentioned in the complaint copy.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she has lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 26.5.2015 as against one Bharath and Valli and the same was registered in Crime No.2867 of 2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 448 I.P.C. Though the said complaint was registered in July 2015, till date, there is no progress in the said complaint. Hence, the petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.2867 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
