2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for 1st respondent would submit that the final report has been filed on 20.07.2017 for the offence under Sec.147, 427, 294(b), 447, 506 (i) of I.P.C and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal in C.C.No.187 of 2017. His submission is recorded.

4. In such view of the matter, the relief sought by the petitioner in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
