ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 23.08.2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court and thereby to cancel the illegal/fraudulent registration that was done by Mrs.Dhanalakshmi, vide Document No.2265 of 2019 dated 28.03.2019 before the Sub Registrar Office, Virugambakam as per the Circular No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent as against the registration of Lok Adalat Award by the third respondent and it is pending for consideration.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
