When the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proposal submitted by the Government is pending in the Office of the Hon'ble Governor.

2.The Probation Officer also submitted a report dated 16.04.2024, stating that the conduct of the prisoner is good.

3.Since no adverse remarks has been made by the Probation Officer and on earlier occasion, the Interim Bail granted, was extended, we are inclined to extend the Interim Bail for a further period of three months on the same condition as imposed in WMP.No.31718 of 2023.
