This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to direct the respondent to issue NON TRACEABLE CERTIFICATE to the petitioner in respect of his vehicle bearing TN.05.B (KTM DUKE 200 White colour) forthwith in respect of the Crime No.725 of 2016 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction, submitted that the vehicle could not be traced out after completion of investigation by the respondent police and hence report has been filed as "not detected", before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
