ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to comply the order passed in Crl.MP.No.7070 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 and to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint against one T.V.Nadarajan and his family members which was taken on file by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in CMP.No.7070 of 2022 and on 30.06.2022 the trial Court forwarded the same to the respondent police to register a case. So far the respondent police has not taken any action on the said complaint. Hence seeking a direction to comply the order passed in Crl.MP.No.7070 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 and to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2022. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) sought two weeks time to take action upon the complaint forwarded by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. 2/4

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) the respondent police is directed to take action upon the complaint forwarded by the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
