Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the auction notice dated 02.09.2016 in E.P No. 107/1997-98 Sa Pa 3 in Dispute No. 256/97-98 Sa Pa 1 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and pass further orders.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the auction notice dated 02.09.2016 in E.P No. 107/1997-98 Sa Pa 3 in Dispute No. 256/97-98 Sa Pa 1 issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. Since there is no representation for the petitioner repeatedly, on 28.03.2017 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 03.04.2017. Today also, when the matter was taken up, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
