C.M.P.No.6117 of 2017 in S.A.No.21 of 2011 N.SESHASAYEE,J., Ideally, this Suit may have to be remanded back to the Trial Court for impleading the other parties, but, this Court wants to take a call on that till after hearing the respondents 10 to 13 about the nature of litigation that is pending before this Court now.

2. The appellant is, therefore, directed to take fresh private notice by registered post, with the copies of the plaint and Judgments of the Courts below on or before 22.11.2018.

3. Post the matter on 22.11.2018. In the meantime, the appellant is also required to furnish details as to when his sister Saraswathi was married.

Registry is directed to make available the records of the Court below as per the circular of this Court in Roc.No.27484/F1/2018 dated 18.06.2018, by then.
