The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners in WP.No.44508 of 2006 submitted that the particulars regarding the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd petitioner was received only today and hence sought for sometime to file substitution petition. The learned counsel also sought for sometime to file petition for amendment of the prayer and for raising additional grounds. 2.The petitioner in WP.Nos.44510 and 44507 of 2007 submitted that the petitions have been filed to substitute the legal heirs in these two writ petitions and those petitions are yet to be numbered.
