This petition has been filed for extension of time for complying with the order of anticipatory bail made in the Crl.M.P.No.8520 of in Crl.O.P.No.11647 of 2024 order dated 14.06.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to comply with the order due to his ill health, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
