This Writ Petition has been filed to forebear the 2nd respondent/ RDO from conducting the inquiry in Na.Ka.No.1400/2021/A2 till the outcome of the decisions in O.S.No.127 of 2020 on the file of the District Munisf, Perundurai filed by the petitioners and O.S.No.33 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Perundurai filed by the respondents 4 to 10. 2.when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute arise between the petitioner and the respondents is R.S.No.265/9. However, subsequently, the impugned order was passed on 28.10.2022 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication.

3.As there is no adverse orders is going to be passed by this Court, notice to the respondents 4 to 11 are dispensed with. 4.Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed and the petitioner is given liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
