behalf of the respondents. By consent, the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendation, the petitioners are entitled for new pay scales. Hence, claiming the difference of their entitlement, they have sent representation to the respondent on 03.03.2025, 20.05.2025, 02.06.2025, 03.05.2025 and 03.05.2025 respectively. The learned counsel would further submit that for the RTI query, the respondents have also agreed about the petitioners entitlement. Hence the learned counsel would pray to direct the respondents to pay the difference in salary.
3.At this juncture, the learned Standing Counsel would submit that the respondents would pay the eligible amount to the petitioners as per their service register.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court deems it 4/6
appropriate to direct the respondents to pay the eligible amount to the petitioners, in accordance with the service register of the petitioners, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petitions are disposed of.
