ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.07.2023 and to provide Police protection.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner can be directed to give a complaint in person before the second respondent and the same will be enquired on its own merits and in accordance with law and decision will be taken.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the second respondent in person along with all the relevant documents and the same will be considered and an enquiry will be conducted and decision will be taken in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioner. 2/4

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above directions.
