As per the Order passed by this Court dated 13.10.2022, the learned Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee was directed to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.71 of 2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Plaintiff submitted that the Suit was disposed of by the learned Second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur @ Poonamallee on 31.01.2023.
