This petition has been filed for extension of time in complying the order of anticipatory bail made in the aforesaid Crl.O.P.No.14486/2024 dated 24.06.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner is unable to mobilise the funds due to his financial crisis, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.

Accordingly, ordered.
