ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent-Police to file a charge sheet in Cr.No.439/2024 dated 28.09.2024 as per the order passed in C.M.P.88/2024 dated 21.05.2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the materials available on record.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.439/2024, charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sholinganallur, vide E-Filing No.LTN20230002398C202500229 on 27.7.2025.

4. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
