direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein not to entertain or recognizing any of the respondents 4 to 12 in the capacity of office bearers on behalf of the petitioner's association namely All India Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Buddhists LIC Employees Welfare Association, South Zone in any manner as per the undertaken made by the 2nd respondent in their counter affidavit filed in the W.P.No.26953 of 2018.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first and second respondent, not to entertain or recognizing any of the respondents 4 to 12 in the capacity of office bearers on behalf of the petitioner's association namely All India Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Buddhists LIC Employees Welfare Association, South Zone in any manner as per the undertaking made by the second respondent in their counter affidavit filed in W.P.No.26953 of 2018.
2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner argued the matter for the considerable length of time. Then, this Court, pointed out that the earlier order of this Court dated 21.02.2019 states that "Without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the parties to agitate the matter before the Competent Civil Court and the writ petition cannot be entertained for the purpose of dissolving the internal disputes arose between the office bearers of the Employees Association". The writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
