This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner to settle the commercial transaction that he had with the second respondent, which is purely civil in nature, except under due process of law.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the second respondent made a false complaint against the petitioner and under the pretext of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police received a complaint from the second respondent, which was assigned as current paper No.48/2022 and after enquiry, the complaint was closed. Now, neither any complaint nor any petition enquiry pending against the petitioner.
