ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner in respect of the Original Sale Deed dated 27.02.2006 registered as Document No.936 of 2006 on the file of SRO, Coimbatore, based on her online complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner had not approached the police in the manner known to law and further, she is not co-operating for the enquiry.

3. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for.

4. However, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police station in the manner known to law and on receipt of the same, the Police concerned is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
