2. Mr.C.Arun Kumar submits that the case in D.V.O.P No.12 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur was dismissed for default on 19.07.2024. This submission is recorded.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the prayer sought for in the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
