Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.The 1st petitioner would aver that though the entire award amount is deposited, only 50% of the award amount is permitted to be withdrawn and she is yet to file requisite application to withdraw the said amount. She would further aver that her family has lost the breadwinner on account of the accident and due to financial constrains a delay of 1115 days occurred in preferring the appeal.

3.Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel the 2nd respondent would submit that he has got objections in allowing the petition.

4.Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands ordered.

The interest for the delay period of 1115 days is hereby directed to be waived.
