ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the complaint from the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent. The complaint was made in the year 2016. The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court at this stage. At this length of time, this Court is not inclined to transfer investigation from the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent.
