Order :These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the appeal and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.K.VINOD, Advocate for the 5ht respondent in CMP.No.9001/2017 and 6th respondent in CMP.No.9002/2017 the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 15.06.2017, granted an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount by the appellant / insurance company, within a period of four weeks. 2.Today, when these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company, on instructions, submitted that the conditional order dated 15.06.2017 has been duly complied with by the appellant. 3.In view of the above, interim order already granted is made absolute and these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
