This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16395 of 2016 order dated 04.08.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to mobilise the funds due to poor financial conditions, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month.
