This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash Crime No.9 of 2016, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. A bare perusal of the First Information Report, reveals that serious allegations have been made against the petitioner Trust, which has to be investigated. Moreover, the matter is pending from the year 2017. Non appearance of the petitioner proves that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further and this Court is also not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
