The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents-Police to execute the warrant dated 30.01.2025 issued by the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Vikravandi, Villupuram 1/4
District in C.C.No.119 of 2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the respondents-Police after obtaining a fresh warrant from the Court below had executed the warrant and produced the accused before the Court below and he was remanded to judicial custody on 17.07.2025.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
