This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for substituting the proposed petitioners herein viz., Shamshad Begum and Arfath Hussain as petitioners 1 & 2 in the place of deceased petitioner Late.Ashfaq Hussain in W.P.No.21733 of 2013.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
