2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 650 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
