PRAYERS : Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to set aside the order dated 06.01.2016 in S.T.C Nos.176 and 175 of 2015 respectively on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court I) Erode, transferring the case to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore and allow this Criminal Original Petition. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Selvaraju in both Crl.O.Ps For Respondent : Mr.R.Mohan in both Crl.O.Ps COMMON ORDER It is brought to the notice of this Court that both the cases in STC Nos.175 and 176 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track No.I) Erode have been transferred to the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore and the proceedings are going on.
2. At this stage, this Court does not want to interfere with the orders passed by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Tack No.I), Erode transferring the case to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore after the amendment made to the Negotiable Instruments Act.
