ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a proceedings dated 08.12.2021 stating that the petitioner was allowed to rejoin the duty in the same place where he has earlier left from the duty.

2. Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the period where the petitioner was disturbed from 18.11.2021 to 08.12.2021 was stated to be treated as leave https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period on Loss of Pay. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was not the fault of petitioner but he was kept out of employment. In the said circumstances, there shall be direction to the first respondent not to treat the said leave period as Loss of Pay, but the Administration is directed to regularize the period of the petitioner as having spent on duty.

3. With the above directions, this Court finds that there is no issue further survives for consideration in this writ petition. Therefore this Writ Petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
