..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 5 herein remove the revenue entries of Adi Dravidar Burial Ground in A Register, Patta, Chitta and other documents with respect of the property comprised in SF.No.102/1F1 at Akkalampatti Village, Namagiripet, Rasipuram taluk, Namakkal District by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 05.07.2021.

ORDER

This Court vide its order dated 13.03.2026, disposed of the writ petition stating that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and order also passed on 01.04.2022.

2. Today, this writ petition is filed under the caption "For being mentioned" and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has passed an order dated 01.04.2022 by recommending the first respondent to cancel the Adidravidar Natham and issue patta to the petitioner.
