The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323 & 324 IPC, in Crime No.42 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the offences levelled against the petitioners in this case is bailable in nature.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
