This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the above civil revision petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Despite service of notice, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel.

4. Considering the reasons assigned by the Petitioner in paragraphs 5 and 7 of the affidavit dated 10.10.2022 filed in support of the petition, and this Court being satisfied with the same, the petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

25.02.2026 kv Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 02.03.2026.
