ORDER
The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) of IPC r/w. 3(1)(X) of SC/ST Act, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Prevention of Attoricitis Act) Villupuram District at Villupuram to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Crime No.244 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Prevention of Attoricitis Act) Villupuram District at Villupuram, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge (Special Judge for SC/ST Prevention of Attoricitis Act) Villupuram District at Villupuram, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
