O R D E R

The suit for partition filed by the plaintiffs / petitioners in the year 2018. The third parties / respondents 13 to 18 herein filed a petition to implead themselves as parties to the suit. That Interlocutory Application vide I.A.No.583 of 2018 in O.S.No.45 of 2018 is pending from 24.07.2018 without any disposal. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioners / plaintiffs are before this Court.

2. On a reading of the plaint, it is seen that the 1st and 2nd plaintiffs are senior citizens, aged about 69 and 66 years respectively and the defendants / respondents 3 to 6 are also senior citizens. 2/4

3. Considering the age of the parties and also pendency of the Interlocutory Application for a period of nine months, this Court is inclined to give a direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal.

4. Accordingly, the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of I.A.No.583 of 2018 in O.S.No.45 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
