ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.150/2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that almost all the witnesses have been examined and the case is now at the stage of examination of the investigation officer.

In view of this development, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this quash petition. It is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Court below and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, to dispose of the C.C.No.150 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
