respondent police.

Mr.S.Vinodh Kumar, learned Counsel for Government (Crl.Side) appearing for respondent on instructions submitted that the respondent police after completing investigation, had filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvallur, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.118 of 2018. The learned counsel further submitted that the trial has already been commenced.
