This Court by its order dated 06.02.2023, dismissed the aforesaid Civil Revision Petition by directing the Special Judge cum Additional Sub Judge, Puducherry to dispose of the suit O.S.No.17 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. This being so, Special Officer-Cum-Additional Sub Judge (FAC), Puducherry has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide letter No.1234/JUD/SO-ASJ/PDY/2023 dated 21.09.2023, requesting further time to dispose of the aforesaid suit O.S.No.17 of 2011.

3. Considering the aforesaid letter, this Court is inclined to grant further time for a period of three months from today to dispose of the suit O.S.No.17 of 2011 as directed by this Court on 06.02.2023.

4. Registry is directed to send a copy of the order to the Chief Judge, Puducherry along with a copy marked to the Special Officer-Cum-Additional Sub Judge (FAC), Puducherry.
