ORDER
In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks for a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to sanction and disburse educational loan for his son.
2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that he has applied for educational loan for his son to the Respondent Bank, but it has not been considered and refused. Therefore, he has made a representation to the Respondent Bank, which was not considered and hence, this Writ Petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the Respondent Bank has filed a memo, clearly stating that the Petitioner did not even approach the Branch where he is holding the account and he has not filed any application before the Branch and only a representation was sent, that too, to the Regional Office and therefore, they did not consider.
5. First of all, the Petitioner should have approached the Branch where he is eligible to get a loan account, but he has not approached the Branch at all. In the memo, it is also clearly stated that the concerned Branch for him to approach is Kadathur Branch. Therefore, it is for the Petitioner to approach the concerned Branch where he is entitled to apply, with all requisite documents within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being received, the concerned Branch shall pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
