ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 249(b), 323, 392, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, 1860 in Crime No.549 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner demanded rowdy momool from the de-facto complainant and when the same was denied by the de-facto complainant, the petitioner assaulted him with hands and demanded Rs.1,00,000/- as mamool failing which he will kill him, and subsequently the petitioner attempted to assault the de-facto complainant by using knife and he robbed a sum of Rs.700/- from the de-facto complainant's pocket and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the third bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier bail applications of the petitioner. He further submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.in view of the fact that there is no change of circumstances pointed out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
