ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 306 of IPC in Cr.No.502 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's husband borrowed a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- from the petitioner and thereafter, he has repaid the same. However, the petitioner continuously harassing him to pay Rs.2,60,000/- exorbitantly and due to which, the defacto complainant's husband committed suicide by hanging and he had also left suicide note. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender (History sheeter) and there are four previous cases pending against him. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 08/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
