ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the the 3rd and 4th respondents to measure the petitioner's property viz., Plot No.62 comprised in Old Survey No.203/2B in New Survey No.203/2B1A2 admeasuring an extent of 2678 sq.ft., in Sivanthi Avenue, Nerkundram Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai District demarcate the same marking the boundaries and consequently to issue FMB for the said property.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 21.03.2022 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land and for issuacne of FMB which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries and issue FMB for the land comprised in Plot No.62 2/4

comprised in Old Survey No.203/2B in New Survey No.203/2B1A2 admeasuring an extent of 2678 sq.ft., in Sivanthi Avenue, Nerkundram Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.
