This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10094 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11899 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in PRC.No.112 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10094 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11899 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the committal Court on receipt of summons.
